Blogger saved from jail by The Croatian Supreme Court

The Croatian Supreme Court in Zagreb found that the Croatian Blogger Damir Fintic was illegally sentenced to 20 days in prison and have sent the case back to the court in Vukovar.

Fintic was of course pleased, not to become the first European blogger / journalist, who has to go to prison for a comment on his blog.
