EM Handball | Denmark vs. Croatia

On Thursday, Croatia and Denmark will play a key match at the European handball championship.

Both teams have not shown the best handball in the tournament till now, but they have had the necessary luck, and with only one group game left, the two teams are a places 1 and 3 in the middle round group 1, the winner of the game is sure to progress to the semi-finals.

The last years the two teams has had some intensive matches in the larger tournaments, at last years world championship in Croatia, the home team ended second after being defeated in the final by the world champion France, Denmark ended on 4th place.

The game is at 20:15 and will be transmitted on the Croatian and Danish national television as well as the German DSF channels. Denmark needs to win to progress to the semi-final, Croatia can progress also with a draw, and if Island loose to Norway, they will also progress if the loose.
