We fly twice a year at least, book far ahaid, and have direct connection from Koln or Dortmund to Split (and back, ha ha). Our origin is Holland, but spending a lot of our time in Croatia, the best in our opinion is German Wings, cheap, direct to Split, and friendly service without bla bla, a dry cheeseroll or a no good coocky. And in case you desperately want an on-board drink or food, they sell it, but who cares, within two hours you are on Split-Airport, close to Trogir and its lovely konoba's at the riva. Highly recommended in case you want to fly at a bargain:
